TikTok is an amazing place for finding different recipes that focus on being high protein, and tasty. This week's recipe is for those who want a sweet treat that helps to satisfy protein goals (40 grams per serving), and is courtesy of a woman named Amanda.


Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 200g non-fat greek yogurt

  • 80g low fat cream cheese

  • 40mL skim milk

  • juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • 10g fat-free white chocolate pudding mix

  • 10g vanilla protein powder

  • 10g sweetener of choice (monkfruit is in the original recipe)

  • 5g crushed graham cracker

  • lime zest for topping


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl (except extra zest and graham cracker crumbs); blend using an electric mixer or blender/food processor.

  2. Spread into a storage container; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and extra zest.

  3. Cover and leave in fridge for at least 3 hours before enjoying!
