TikTok is an amazing place for finding different recipes that focus on being high protein, and tasty. This week's recipe is for those who want a sweet treat that helps to satisfy protein goals (40 grams per serving), and is courtesy of a woman named Amanda.
Serves 1
Ingredients
200g non-fat greek yogurt
80g low fat cream cheese
40mL skim milk
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp lime zest
10g fat-free white chocolate pudding mix
10g vanilla protein powder
10g sweetener of choice (monkfruit is in the original recipe)
5g crushed graham cracker
lime zest for topping
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl (except extra zest and graham cracker crumbs); blend using an electric mixer or blender/food processor.
Spread into a storage container; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and extra zest.
Cover and leave in fridge for at least 3 hours before enjoying!
