There are few things better on a hot summer's day than a fresh fruit smoothie! This berry wonder has over 20 grams of protein and over 10 grams of fiber, and is sure to satisfy your summer taste buds.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (frozen) mixed berries

  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1 cup almond milk (less if using all fresh fruit)

  • 1 tsp honey, optional


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend for at least 20 seconds.

  2. Enjoy immediately!
