Recipe of the week: High fiber, high protein fruit smoothie

There are few things better on a hot summer's day than a fresh fruit smoothie! This berry wonder has over 20 grams of protein and over 10 grams of fiber, and is sure to satisfy your summer taste buds.
Ingredients
1 cup (frozen) mixed berries
3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup oats
1 cup almond milk (less if using all fresh fruit)
1 tsp honey, optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend for at least 20 seconds.
Enjoy immediately!
